糌粑

糌粑是青藏高原的主要粮食,和青稞酒一样,也是高原谷物青稞的产物。将青稞炒熟后磨粉,随时食用,出远门携带也非常方便。可以干摇几勺到嘴里,与酥油茶一起食用;也可以与酥油茶一同搅合成块或糊状食用。如今,为了丰富糌粑的食用口感多样化,还衍生出“阿可丁”青稞面包、各类品牌的青稞酥等非常适合游客品尝和携带的副产品。
